Geya provides durable 380V Wall-mounted Static Var Generator for three-phase systems. Dynamic reactive power compensation, <10ms response, DSP+CPLD control. Improves power factor in industrial, commercial, and renewable energy applications. Modular, wall-mounted design.
The 380V Wall-Mounted Static Var Generator (SVG) provides dynamic reactive power compensation for three-phase 380V electrical systems. Utilising DSP+CPLD digital control and a three-level topology, this SVG delivers fast and accurate compensation with a response time under 10ms. Its modular design allows for scalable capacity through parallel connection, and the wall-mounted configuration minimises space requirements and simplifies installation. This SVG effectively compensates for both inductive and capacitive reactive power, improves power factor, and enhances overall power quality. Available capacities range from 15kvar to 100kvar, offering flexible solutions for various applications.
● Use DSP+CPLD all digital control core, three-level topology technology, advanced reactive power detection algorithm and PWM control strategy to achieve dynamic and accurate compensation of reactive power.
● Adopt modular design, which facilitates parallel connection of multiple modules, takes small space and is easy to maintain.
● The structural design of independent air ducts and independent warehouses ensures the stable operation of the equipment.
● Carry out full-range dynamic compensation for inductive reactive power and capacitive reactive power, and solve the three-phase unbalance problem at the same time.
● The dynamic response speed to the load is at the millisecond level, which can achieve dynamic and accurate compensation for the reactive power of impact loads.
Applications:
380V Wall-Mounted Static Var Generators are ideal for improving power quality in a range of three-phase applications:
● Industrial Facilities: Stabilising voltage and improving power factor in factories and manufacturing plants.
● Commercial Buildings: Enhancing power quality and reducing energy costs in three-phase powered commercial buildings.
● Three-Phase Motor Control: Compensating for reactive power demand from three-phase motors, improving motor efficiency.
● Renewable Energy Integration: Supporting grid stability and power quality in three-phase systems with integrated renewable energy sources.
380V Wall-Mounted Static Var Generators offer a robust and efficient solution for optimising power quality and stability in three-phase 380V electrical systems.
